About

I listen, act, and transform families

I’m a family therapist committed to helping couples/individuals through infidelity/betrayal trauma. I utilize EFT, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, and a variety of other techniques to help clients heal. I believe clients are the experts in their lives and my work is to help them reach their goals. I’m also passionate about empowering parents who are struggling with their child’s negative behaviors through PCIT (Parent Child Interactive Therapy) which is a short-term therapy designed to build the parent-child relationship and then teach parents how to address negative behaviors. If you are interested in working with me, please send an appointment request.
